If you've found yourself in unhealthy, emotionally draining, or manipulative relationships, you're not alone. Healing from toxic relationships is my primary area of focus.
Together, we'll work to rebuild your confidence, strengthen healthy boundaries, recognize unhealthy relationship patterns, process the impact of emotional abuse or betrayal, and help you develop the tools to create safer, healthier relationships in the future.
Whether you're trying to leave, have already left, or are still making sense of what happened, therapy can help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Living with ADHD or autism can make it feel like you're constantly working harder than everyone else just to get through the day. Whether you're struggling with relationships, emotional regulation, executive functioning, masking, or feeling misunderstood, therapy can help.
Together, we'll work to better understand how your brain works, build practical strategies that fit your life, strengthen your relationships, and help you move forward with greater confidence.
-
Depression can make even simple tasks feel exhausting and leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and others. I will offer a compassionate space to process what you're experiencing, understand the factors contributing to your depression
-
Anxiety can leave you feeling overwhelmed, constantly worried, or stuck in cycles of overthinking. Together, we'll identify the patterns contributing to your anxiety and develop practical strategies so you can feel more grounded and present.
-
Healing from trauma takes time, and you don't have to go through it alone. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can process your experiences at a pace that feels right for you. Using a trauma-informed approach, we'll focus on building practical coping skills, understanding how trauma has impacted you, and helping you regain a sense of safety, confidence, and control.
-
Grief is often treated as something we must overcome, rather than a lifelong process of learning to live with loss and the feelings that will naturally arise. We each grieve in our own unique way, and therapy is a healing space to make sense of your experience.
Every person's story is unique, and therapy should reflect that. Whether you're seeking support as an individual, couple, or family, we'll work together to understand what's keeping you stuck, build practical tools for lasting change, and help you move toward the life and relationships you want.
